An innovative wine, the son of an innovative vine, born in 1938 from the crossroads of two by the ampelographer Giovanni Dalmasso.
 

Not yet born, yet already so Piedmontese in origin and character. It will be the symbol of a tradition that knows how to look far.

It does not contain added sulphites, we use yeasts naturally present on the grapes, we do not add selected yeasts. Furthermore, we do not carry out any filtration, we do not clarify it nor we do any other practice other than decanting and pressing: natural for us means following nature by accompanyng it.
